What/when consultancy fees are due?

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TUTORS.

1. No Sign-up charges. Registration is ABSOLUTELY FREE.

2.a. Our CONSULTANCY FEE¹ becomes due after confirmation of the Vacancy. Our charge is 50% of the first month’s Remuneration/Salary. This period constitutes however long it takes to finish required classes/duration for full monthly salary agreed, to be paid for the FIRST TIME ONLY². The entire amount is payable³ AFTER receiving your first month’s salary.
2.b. Any Bumper Vacancy⁴ entails a 60% consultancy fee.

3. 10-day updates will be maintained with Tutors Hub. You are to reach out to us via Messenger, WhatsApp, or call us at our Hotline. In any unexpected case, if you fail to continue teaching, you must report to Tutors Hub. From the 2nd month onwards, 15-day updates are required to be maintained.

4. Standard time for teaching is 1.5 hours. N.B. Tutors Hub reserves right to take appropriate actions if you violate any of the above or found to provide any false information. In case of failure to comply once terms have been agreed upon, LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

5. If any of the terms ⁵are to be negotiated, then Tutors Hub MUST be made aware. Tutors Hub must be consulted on any terms that will be negotiated.

6. The date for the demo-class must be fixed within 2 days. After being linked to the guardian, tutor must set a date for demo-class within 48 hours. The demo class itself must take place within 1 week (7 days) of tutor contacting the guardian (or vice versa.)

1. This is Tutors Hub's service charge for creating the linkage between all parties, maintaining periodic updates, and handling financial aspects during the period of tutoring. ↩︎
2. If, for example, a vacancy has been advertised as paying 10000 BDT/month, then the first month will be as long as whatever time it takes to complete the required number of classes to make the payment due. This is in the rare case that student and/or tutor fail to take the required number of classes in the first calender month. ↩︎
3. Consultancy fee is due as soon as the payment has been received. If payment isn't paid within 3 days of doing so, legal actions can be immediately applied by Tutors Hub. ↩︎
4. These are vacancies that are specially curated for our more expert tutors and have been negotiated at great lengths by our operations executives! Tutors can expect above-the-line support with these vacancies and there will be even more prompt monitoring by our service executives! ↩︎
5. Inclusive of, but not limited to, LOCATION/MODE of class(at tutor's residence/at student's residence/online/alternate venue,) SUBJECTS to be taught, NUMBER OF DAYS to be Tutored, SALARY to be paid. ↩︎
