Special Instruction for HSC Candidates 2024:

The following mandates have been imposed on the prospective candidates of this year's Higher Secondary Certificate Examination Candidates of Bangladesh, by the NCTB Board. 

1. 30 (thirty) minutes before the commencement of the examination, the candidates must take their seats in the examination hall.

2 First the Verbal and then the Creative/Compositional (Elementary) test will be held.

3. * Time for 30 No. 09100) exam is 30 minutes and for 70th creative (00) exam time is 2 hours 30 minutes.
25 minutes in case of practical subject combined test 25 marks multiple choice (1,100) and 50 marks time in case of creative (00) test
2 hours 35 minutes.
The examination will be conducted uninterruptedly at the time mentioned in the question paper. [There will be no break between the examination of both parts 100 and 090.
(k) In case of examination held from 10.00 a.m.:
09.30 am Distribution of unwritten answer sheets and multiple choice 01112 sheets.
10.00 am Distribution of Multiple Choice Question Papers.
10.30 am. Distribution of Creative Question Papers with Multiple Choice Answer Sheets (01112 Sheets).
(In case of multiple choice exam of 25 marks, this time is 10.25m.)
B) In case of examination held from 0200 noon onwards
01.30 pm. Distribution of unwritten answer sheets and multiple choice 01112 sheets.
Distribution of multiple choice question paper at 02.00 pm.
02.30 pm. Distribution of Multiple Choice Answer Sheet (05112 Sheets) Numerical and Creative Questions.
(In case of multiple choice exam of 25 marks, this time is 02.25m.)

4. The exam should be taken according to the time mentioned in the question paper.

5. Candidates will collect their admit card from the head of their respective institution.

6. Each candidate shall write his examination roll no., registration no., subject code etc. in the OMR form duly filled in the circle on the answer sheet provided. 

7. Candidates must pass theoretical, multiple choice and practical sections (where applicable) separately.

8. Every candidate can appear in the examination of the subject/subjects mentioned in the registration card and admit card only. In no case in a candidate participate in another subject's examination.

9. No candidate's examination will be held in his/her own college/institution, candidates will have to arrange seats through transfer.

10. Candidates can use General Scientific Calculator (NON PROGRAMMABLE) in the examination. Programming calculators may not be used.

11. No one other than the in-charge officer of the examination center can use mobile phones and no candidate can bring a mobile phone to the examination center.
